It's time to expand to RADIO!

Tomorrow launches the debut of THE WISE GUY - the radio show!!

You can tune it online at www.rmuradio.com at 4 p.m.

It will play automatically - its only 30 minutes and I would LOVE your thoughts!.

My guest is Dr. Shellie Hipsky, noted author, motivational speaker, and host of the TV show Inspiring Lives with Dr. Shellie.

I will post more tomorrow - throughout the day.  There are great resources and organizations that you can get linked into through the show and I'll list them on facebook as well as my blog!

Thank you to all my friends, family, and Shaun for all the support during this new exciting time in my life.  Growing pains happen even when you are out of your teens!

Remember:  YOUR happiness starts with YOU!

Take care of YOU FIRST!

Wise Guy Thought for the day:

It is REALLY easy to offer help to others when you have a lot to do on your own plate.

Wise Guy Question for the day:

Remember (and it's hard to do) taking another's broccoli off their plate as a favor is fine but you better REALLY like it because there is a MOUNTAIN of it on your own plate!  What have you taken on recently that you didn't really need to?

Wise Guy Action(s) for the day:

Take care of you - then you can take care of others with full dedication!

How are you on the INSIDE?

Wise Guy Thought for the day:

10 seconds is all it takes to realign your breath, your posture, and your dreams!

Wise Guy Question for the day:

When was the last time you thought about your body and how things are feeling on the inside?  When did you get a massage?  A physical?   Take a warm bath?

Wise Guy Action(s) for the day:

Take 10 seconds to close your eyes and listen to your breath.  Drop your shoulders.  Breath. Sit up straight.  Breath. Start at your toes and follow your body all the way up to top of your head.  If there is something that doesn't feel right, make an appointment to relieve that pain or see a professional with the next 48 hours.

I'm back!

Wise Guy Thought for the day:

Life gets hectic sometimes. Sometimes you have to prioritize.

Wise Guy Question for the day:

What are some things that used to be a large priority that have gone by the wayside?  Should they be brought back into the fold?

Wise Guy Action(s) for the day:

Look at your TO DO LIST:  Is there time for health, fitness, and time to yourself?  If not, then MAKE TIME FOR THEM!

You are the TOP PRIORITY.  You might be giving everyone else top billing but if something happens to you - then what will happen?  Remember what it was like to have YOU FIRST!
